We have been building up what was the concept of Greenspaces farm for years now, and in all honesty as with many of us the turning point came on October 7th. After we all witnessed the devastating massacre, an event that shook us to the core. This heart-wrenching period prompted a collective pause, a moment to reflect on the deep-seated wounds that time will not erase. But through the fog of grief, we saw a heartfelt truth – the significance and the need for our work became even more apparent. By showcasing Israel’s agricultural richness and innovations, we could challenge the stigmas often associated with our beloved land. The tragedy not only fortified our resolve but also broadened our perspective on the impact of our endeavors. It propelled us to dig deeper, to illuminate Israel’s unique farming narrative with renewed vigor, and to bridge the gap of misunderstanding.
